Description
Responsible for providing group and individual counseling, with a minimum of 25 sessions per week. Provides crisis intervention and links clients to community resources. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans based on clients’ strengths and needs. Participates in a full range of clinical and therapeutic services, conducts direct clinical services, and reviews clients’ medical records for quality assurance to ensure proper standards of care.

- Attend mandatory meetings:
Supervision, OMHC meetings, bi-monthly staff meetings, and annual evaluations. - Adhere to all policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date licensure and CEU certifications.
- Possess LMSW / LCPC / LCSW-C / LGPC / LPC credentials.
Compensation: $40-$50/hr per session, with opportunities for additional income outside scheduled hours. Admin supervision hours are not billable.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in mental health or chemical dependence treatment (approx. 2 years).
- Knowledge of dual diagnosis, addictions, family therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
- Knowledge of psychiatry, psychology, pharmacology, and medical terminology.
- Strong interpersonal skills for therapy sessions.
