Systems Specialist with Security Clearance

RPI Group, Inc. is searching for a Systems Specialist to provide operations and maintenance (O&M) support on an undisclosed customer site in Maryland. This position supports a 24x7x365 shift operation in a mission‑critical environment. Candidates must have the flexibility to work evening/night shifts and day shifts as needed. Ample notice will be given before rotating between shifts, with the majority of the time on evening/night shifts.

• Resolve network, software, and/or hardware anomalies as they occur on a tactical ground processing system.
• Understand and perform system / mission operations.
• Hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Network knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• File transfer protocols.
• Support onsite integration and system verification efforts of both hardware and software deliveries, while adhering to established configuration management and security controls.
• Ability to work as a team member within a multi‑contractor operations environment while embedded with the customer supporting mission operations.

• U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret security clearance w/SCI eligibility.
• DoD 8570 IAT II certification (CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP) must be obtained within 90 days upon start date.
• A minimum of 2-3 years’ relevant experience.
• Ability to work a 4 on/4 off 12‑hour shift.

• DoD 8570 IAT active/current certification (CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP).
• Prior military experience as a maintainer and/or operation of a tactical ISR system.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Technology, or related major.
• Experience with the Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS).
• Systems administration and support on Windows and LINUX operating systems.
• Experience and knowledge of UNIX OS (Linux, Solaris).
