Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch. You will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program you will master the knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. You’ll be guided, mentored, and supported in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, while building community relationships.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience within last six years in one of the following areas:
    • Commission sales or sales with set goals/bonus potential.
    • Customer service in a sales industry (retail, hospitality, call center).
    • Participation as an athlete on a professional/semi‑professional/collegiate team.
    • Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Under 25 minute commute (rush hour) to posted location preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the United States; no need for sponsorship.
  • Successful background check inclusive of driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at‑fault accidents in past 3 years; no DUI/DWI).
