Available Shifts / Schedule- Full‑time: 9 AM–5 PM – every other weekend required
- Part‑time: 7 AM–3 PM – every other weekend required
- Part‑time: 3 PM–11 PM – every other weekend required

Provides licensed nursing services to residents and may supervise other staff positions.
Responsibilities- Administer medication in compliance with Federal & State regulations
- Conduct admissions of new residents, including assessments and documentation
- Complete service plans
- Track clinical data (e.g., wounds, infection control) under the direction of the Director
- Consult on health‑related concerns within the community
- Communicate effectively – listen, speak & write
- Notify physicians and/or family of any change in resident’s health with proper documentation
- Respond quickly to emergencies
- Work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely while maintaining close communication with all departments and staff
- Provide educational meetings for residents and staff; attend all required training, in‑service and staff meetings
- Provide oversight and direction for care staff as needed
- Understand role in Safety & Disaster Plan
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information
- Maintain safe working environment and preserve equipment
- Maintain positive professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families and co‑workers
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of Morningside Elite Management
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Licensed Practical Nurse in the state
- Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college/university, or 1–2 years related experience/training, or equivalent education‑experience combination
- CPR certified or willing to become certified
