About the Practice and Role

Life Bridge Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join an established outpatient primary care unit in Westminster, Maryland. You will provide patient-centered family medicine alongside two board-certified physicians and an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner, with support from well-trained medical office staff. The role offers a stable hospital-employed practice, predictable scheduling with no scheduled evenings, weekends, or holidays, and ongoing clinical development supported by a continuing medical education allowance.

• Join an established clinical team: Work alongside two board-certified physicians and one Family Nurse Practitioner in an established Westminster primary care practice serving the local community.
• Have predictable scheduling: Work full-time in an outpatient practice with no scheduled evenings, weekends, or holidays, plus shared telephone-only call averaging 2 to 3 call shifts per month.
• Practice with strong operational support: Partner with well-trained medical office staff so you can focus on patient care within a collaborative, team-based practice.
• Build a long-term primary care career: As a hospital-employed provider, you will have access to professional membership support and a continuing medical education allowance for ongoing clinical development.

• Own patient-centered primary care: Evaluate and manage patients across the family medicine spectrum while building ongoing relationships with patients in an established outpatient practice.
• Extend your clinical impact: Provide primary care as part of a multidisciplinary team that includes two board-certified physicians and another Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Keep care coordinated: Work closely with medical office staff and the clinical team to support consistent, high-quality outpatient care.
• Share after-hours coverage: Provide telephone-only call as part of the provider team, averaging 2 to 3 call shifts per month.
• Grow your clinical practice: Use continuing medical education and professional membership support to maintain and develop your primary care knowledge and skills.

• Current Maryland Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Nurse Practitioner license
• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification or qualification appropriate for primary care
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent advanced nursing degree
• Primary care Nurse Practitioner experience preferred; at least 1 year is preferred
• Current Maryland Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) license and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license, or ability to obtain them
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered primary care

• $110,000 to $130,000 per year
  , based on years of experience, plus additional production and performance bonus incentives
