• Create craft cocktails with house‑made syrups and purees using fresh ingredients from local farm partners.
• Make craft cocktails using award‑winning mixologist Richard Torres.
• Manage cocktail service, including stocking, prep, and tips management.
• Provide friendly, energetic, and warm service to guests.
• Work weekends and holidays as required.
