. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and hourly premiums up to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Front End Service Associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns or refunds, and carry out financial transactions. Always ready to help with customer questions and needs, this role may require standing for long periods of time.
