A Kitchen and Laundry Technician will support the Engineering Team to efficiently maintain all hotel operations such that safety, security, conversation, and compliance are ensured at the highest levels.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on kitchen and laundry equipment
• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests and breakdowns
• Execute scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure equipment meets operational standards
• Support energy-saving initiatives and recommend system improvements
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work spaces in clean and safe condition
• Stay current with technical training and industry best practices

• Certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration (required)
• Hands‑on experience with kitchen and laundry equipment in a hotel or similar environment
• Working knowledge of general maintenance and engineering practices
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
• Commitment to delivering reliable, high‑quality service

Ability to work independently and meet operational deadlines
