$69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
- Design, procure, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by defining manufacturing requirements, processes, and layouts.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and BOMs.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, quality, production) to resolve manufacturing challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on process optimization and efficiency.
- Proven proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong understanding of various manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, assembly, automation) and materials.
- Experience with CAD software for designing fixtures, tooling, and process layouts.
- Experience programming or integrating robotic systems
- Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Python, Power BI, Tableau)
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience utilizing manufacturing simulation software (e.g., Arena, Flex Sim)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
