Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Manage procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management for raw materials and components.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and support continuous production.
• Direct logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution of finished goods.
• Collaborate with production planning to ensure timely material availability for manufacturing schedules.
• Monitor supply chain performance using key metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of supply and operational resilience.

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, procurement, and production planning principles.
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Demonstrated experience with sustainable sourcing and supply chain practices.
