Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Lead and champion continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, TPM) across manufacturing operations.
- Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks using data‑driven methodologies.
- Develop, implement, and manage a portfolio of CI projects to achieve measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to employees at all levels on CI principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and sustain gains from improvement activities.
- Facilitate cross‑functional teams to solve complex problems and drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Standardize best practices and ensure adherence to new processes and systems post‑implementation.
- Proven experience leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) within a manufacturing environment.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a data‑driven approach to process optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and influence cross‑functional teams at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Proficiency with advanced data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing
- Experience working in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., FDA, ISO)
