• Excellent organizational and planning skills to manage production schedules, resources, and budgets effectively.
• Proficiency in ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Proficiency in specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
