• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills for equipment adjustments.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety procedures.

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Basic PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics skills
• Proficiency in CAD software for reviewing technical drawings
• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment
