Salary Range: $42,000 - $72,000 depending on experience

• Perform various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) on metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality, strength, and adherence to specifications.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools in good working order.
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and parts according to job orders.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Grind, deburr, and finish welded products as required.

• Proficiency in common welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Welder in a manufacturing environment.
• AWS certification (e.g., D1.1) or equivalent industry certification.
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

• Experience with a variety of welding processes (e.g., TIG, MIG, Stick) beyond the primary requirement.
• Proficiency in basic metal fabrication, cutting, and grinding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints or engineering drawings, including GD&T.
• Experience with quality control processes and visual inspection of welds.
• Forklift or overhead crane certification.
