• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs when assistance is requested.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services in the store to solve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Inform guests about current and upcoming brand launches, store activities and events.
• Know and promote Target Loyalty program benefits and assist with enrollment as needed; be familiar with all fulfillment services and direct guests to enroll, activate, and use them.
• Demonstrate how to use Wallet and other features within the Target App.
• Assist with returns following register prompts and escalate to leadership as needed while following Target policies.
• Partner with leaders to de-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience while following Target policies.
• Deliver accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and manage items as needed.
• Stock supplies during store hours and remain available to assist guests.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-up orders and returns, and maintain compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• Support cash office processes as needed, including cash systems management.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Must remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift; may be exposed to varying temperatures and environments depending on duties.
