Salary Range: $45,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose faults and execute corrective actions to minimize production downtime.
• Install, relocate, and commission new production equipment and systems.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability.

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and industrial automation.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Adherence to safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

• PLC programming or advanced troubleshooting experience
• Welding and fabrication skills
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• HVAC maintenance and repair experience
