. We are seeking on-call Seasonal Snow Salt Truck Drivers to help keep roads safe from November through the last snowflake. Punctuality and dependability are essential.

• Complete training, onboarding, snow removal safety, and route learning
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner
• Be available for on-call work including nights, days, holidays, and weekends as needed

• Valid CDL A License or CDL B with Air Brakes (no Restrictions required)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid MDOT license (company will assist in acquiring one)
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in challenging weather conditions
• Access to reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions including subfreezing temperatures and heavy precipitation
• Smartphone

• Duration: winter season from November 15 to April 15, with opportunities for full-time positions based on performance and business needs

• Competitive base pay: $28 - $30 per hour, depending on experience and license
