Role Overview
:
Customer‑focused professional helping workers and employers navigate Washington’s digital services, ensuring timely access to unemployment benefits and other agency resources.

• Assess and address customer needs related to the online account portal.
• Provide telephone assistance, answer questions about claim filing, and guide users through the portal.
• Troubleshoot navigation issues and coordinate with other ESD units to facilitate claims processing.

• Two (2) years of a combination of education and relevant experience, or 2 years of customer service experience, or an Associate’s degree.
• Skill in identifying needs through assessment and providing solutions.
• Skill in resolving issues with clear communication.
• Ability to adapt to changing systems and explain reporting requirements.
• Ability to handle inquiries and provide information.
