Responsibilities:
Review patient records, verbal/write CTI, conduct face-to-face encounters via telehealth

Support Staff:
Hospice care team coordination
Days Per Month: 6
On-Call/Weekends:
On-call during shift hours; no weekend work required
Submission Requirements:
Board Certified REQUIRED
Active medical licenses in both Oregon and Washington REQUIRED
DEA registrations in both WA and OR REQUIRED
Must be enrolled in PECOS to bill Medicare REQUIRED
Must be on ePrescribe REQUIRED
Must have a reliable mobile phone and laptop capable of using MS Teams REQUIRED
