In promoting optimal health and well-being in Providence Saint Joseph Health caregivers, the CHS Call Center RN is responsible for providing clinical caregiver health services, primarily through telephonic and virtual means, and in Caregiver Health Services offices CHS Center RN ensures compliance with state and federal requirements and PSJH policies and protocols and utilizes the tools provided to ensure accuracy of information and direction to our caregiver and core leader customers.
Accountable for timely and effective response, management, resolution, escalation of incoming inquiries, in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Required Qualifications:
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of experience as an RN in an acute or post-acute setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 1 year of experience in an Employee/Occupational Health setting
- 6 months of experience with computer databases and systems, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, OHM, technologically savvy
