Skills:
** - AROM/AAROM/PROM - Pain Assessment - Vital Sign Monitoring - Documentation (Assessment, Goal Setting, Reassessments)
** Equipment Familiarity:** - Gait Belt - Hoyer Lift - Rolling Walker - Specialty Beds
** Additional Knowledge Areas:** - Cardiopulmonary Conditions (e.g., COPD, CHF) - Neurologic Disorders (e.g., Cognitive Disorders, Parkinson’s) - Safety and Injury Prevention - Home Exercise Programs
** Patient Population:** - Adults - Geriatrics
- Preferred Experience with Adolescents
** Daily Responsibilities:** - Manage a patient census of 8-10 per day - Work collaboratively with the healthcare team - Demonstrate good time management skills - Engage actively with patients and their families
** Schedule & Requirements:**
- Schedule:
7 days on, 7 days off - Floating Required between units - Weekend shifts required
