- Litigation/courtroom Experience Is a Plus
- Graduated from an ABA-accredited law school or completed the WSBA's Rule 6 Law Clerk Program; licensed to practice law in Washington State
- Committed to public service as demonstrated by background, talents, attitude, and enthusiasm for public law practice
