As a Welder, you will work in a dynamic, high‑energy production environment to fabricate stainless steel equipment used in food processing. You will use blue‑prints and engineering drawings to fit and weld assemblies and sub‑assemblies.

Swing Shift offers a 4‑day work week schedule and a shift differential equal to 15% additional pay!

• High school education, community college weld program, technical weld school, or equivalent experience.
• Three years’ experience in welding fabrication. Basic GMAW and GTAW abilities.
• Knowledge of gas torch and plasma equipment, overhead crane operations, pneumatic hand tools such as grinders.
• Able to use fixtures, templates, stops, and/or guides.

• Skills in all forms of GMAW welding.
• Your competence in reading and fully understanding manufacturing drawings.
• The ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Your ability to contribute to the team’s performance.
• Your confidence with measurements, tolerances, and both imperial measurement and metric system.

Position is contingent on successful completion of weld written and practical tests.
