About the RoleAt Olympic Heritage Behavioral Health (OHBH), we’re seeking passionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RN2) to join our dedicated team in providing exceptional psychiatric and medical care. Olympic Heritage treats civilly committed patients served by DSHS. Civil patients are committed to treatment by the court system and referred to state psychiatric care for rehabilitation. State treatment facilities prepare civil patients for discharge back into the community.

- Participate as a member of an interdisciplinary team in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of all patient care provided.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in the absence of the LPN.
- Draw blood.
- Educate patients and families regarding medication, treatment plans, and behavior interventions.
- Report and document significant changes in patient condition.
- Prepare shift change report.
- Monitor patients’ safety and initiate interventions to prevent harm.
- Lead and co‑lead group activities on the ward.
- Sign off patient movements.
- Perform nursing admission assessment.
- Valid Washington State license to practice as a registered, professional nurse.
Evening and Night shifts include a shift differential. Opportunities performed on‑site at least three days a week may earn an additional 5% premium pay. King County employees may receive a free ORCA card for transportation use. The anticipated shift is Graveyard:
Week 1:
Sun – Wed – Thu 18:30 – 07:00
Week 2:
Mon – Tue – Sat 18:30 – 07:00
