The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), assisting with daily living activities and maintaining a safe, clean environment. This role supports nursing staff in delivering high-quality, patient-focused care at Providence St. Mary Medical Center. CNAs are required to hold Washington state certification and CPR/BLS credentials, with preference for acute care experience.
Description
The CNA performs assigned tasks and activities according to skill level and patient needs as assessed by the RN. The CNA supports nursing personnel in providing nursing care to patients and assists with providing a safe, quite, clean, organized environment using care delivery.

Required Qualifications:
- Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Successful completion of an orientation program or equivalent.
- Acute care experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
