The position covers farm duties (harvest, wash and pack), field tasks (seeding, transplanting, weeding, irrigation), and occasional food-hub work, with compensation hourly from $16.66 to $20.
Housing is available nearby; expect 40 hours/week, with overtime 1.5x when needed, and a commitment through end of November with spring return.
