As an Applebee’s Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring that both staff and customers receive the best drink possible. You must be friendly to staff and customers, craft drinks according to established standards, and create a great bar experience. The role requires dedication and enjoyment of the work.

Position requirements: you must be at least 21 years old (per state law), communicate effectively with others, and be committed to making an impact.

Compensation and benefits:

Daily Pay is not available in California.

Must have the ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Duties include transporting plates, glasses, and baskets between the dining room, service bar, and kitchen approximately 30 times per shift, depending on business flow. Must speak clearly, listen attentively, wear protective hand coverings throughout the shift, use disinfectant cleaning supplies, wear protective face coverings or masks, and frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap.
