Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers. Shift Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service and cleanliness. They also monitor safety, security, profitability and communicate with the next Shift Manager. They may be responsible for meeting targets and helping departments achieve goals.

As a Shift Manager, you may be responsible for:

• Training

Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older, a positive team player with a flexible schedule, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
