Average annual salary ranges from $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate with uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate during your first 60 days. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period—at least 40 hours per year in the first year, 80 hours per year thereafter. Minimum paid sick leave complies with applicable state law.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods (November–December).
- Minimum age 18.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date, which may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Ongoing online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.
