Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our environmentally friendly products and services. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales. Your primary focus will be on field sales activities, such as door-to-door sales, attending local events, and conducting presentations.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential customers through various channels, including door knocking, networking, and referrals.
Initiate conversations, build rapport, and educate customers about our products and services.
Present the features, benefits, and value propositions of our offerings to potential customers.
Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
Continuously expand your knowledge of our products, industry trends, and sustainable practices.

Preferred QualificationsStrong verbal and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with potential customers.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer availability.
Proficiency in using email, web-based applications, and CRM systems.
As an independent contractor (1099), your compensation will be commission-based. This structure provides you with the opportunity to earn uncapped income based on your sales performance. Additionally, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and work independently.
