Whether you're enhancing workflows, improving data quality, supporting new functionality or troubleshooting critical issues, you'll have a direct impact on how efficiently our laboratories operate and how successfully projects are delivered.

For someone who enjoys technology, continuous improvement and working with highly skilled technical teams, this is an opportunity to become a subject matter expert in a business-critical environment while helping shape the future of our laboratory systems.

Support system upgrades, enhancements and controlled releases, coordinating system testing and user acceptance testing, tracking defects and confirming that changes meet defined requirements.

Configure workflows, forms, reports and system settings to meet operational and laboratory requirements.

Monitor data quality and system performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience.

Support data migration, cleansing and validation activities, maintaining appropriate controls over system data, master data and test datasets.
