Are you a skilled CNC Operator looking to level up your career?
We're on the hunt for someone ready to step into a role where your technical ability will shape the future of high-precision engineering. You’ll operate CNC lathes/milling machines, ensure perfect first-off parts, and work closely with quality and programming teams to keep production smooth, accurate, and ahead of the curve. This is your chance to expand your skills, grow with a supportive team, and help push the boundaries of what’s possible in precision manufacturing.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operating CNC machines (lathe or milling) with minimal supervision
- Perform test runs and first-off inspections using micrometers, verniers, and gauges
- Fine-tune offsets, feeds, and speeds to meet spec
- Troubleshoot issues like tool wear, chatter, or alignment
- Collaborate with programmers and QC to nail accuracy
- Follow safety and quality standards like it’s second nature
You’ll need:
- 2+ years’ experience as a CNC Operator (lathe, milling, or both) for Doosan/Tormach machines
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances
- Confident setting tool offsets and using manual inspection tools
- Basic G-code know-how and CNC control panel experience (FANUC, etc.)
- A proactive mindset and a passion to grow into setup and programming
Even better if you have:
- Experience setting CNC machines under supervision
- Exposure to lean manufacturing, 5S, or small-batch/high-precision work
- Multi-axis or live tooling machine experience
At Dexory, we live by four operating principles:
Performance. Impact. Commitment. One Team.
From day one, you'll be part of a company that values growth, ambition, and teamwork. You won’t just be doing a job; you’ll be helping redefine logistics through next-generation robotics.
