Sue Ryder Duchess of Kent Hospice in Berkshire West is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist in palliative care to join our team. You will provide direct assessment, support and advocacy for patients with life-limiting illnesses, ensuring comfort and dignity for patients and families.
The role covers day and night shifts across our Berkshire West Community office in Theale, with travel to the Duchess of Kent Hospice In-Patient Unit and the South Oxfordshire Palliative Care Hub.
