A Bit About UsThe ideal candidate will support the full Accounts Receivable cycle, beginning with revenue recognition and ending with cash collection. This role will also assist the Accounts Payable function by entering invoices promptly and helping process payments.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Reconcile customer accounts and ensure invoices are submitted on schedule.
- Monitor over-aged accounts and follow up consistently through collection outreach.
- Partner with the Sales team to support collection efforts and resolve outstanding issues.
- Maintain electronic customer files, review credit applications, and update customer credit limits.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies or deductions.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of the accounts receivable subledger to the general ledger.
- Assist with AR projects and contribute to process improvements as needed.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with ERP systems and strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Solid understanding of core accounting principles.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize.
Collaborative mindset and comfort working in a team environment.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities.
Self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently.
