Reporting to the Administrative Lead, the Receptionist is a first point of contact for the company with the importance to create a welcoming and professional environment, representing the company and its brand. This role has primary responsibility to manage the front desk by welcoming visitors and answering incoming calls in a prompt and courteous manner and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities- Professionally manage the front desk, including greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors, notifying employees when visitors arrive, maintaining front desk and common office areas neat and organized, and answering general inquiries.
- Answer incoming telephone calls, directing them to the appropriate party, and provide information as needed.
- Handle daily incoming mail/deliveries/faxes.
- Help maintain supplies, assist employees with supply needs, and reorder supplies to replenish inventory.
- Provide administrative support including calendar coordination, scheduling, maintaining inventories and databases, recordkeeping, and preparing reports, letters, or other communications.
- Assist with office events, meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, training sessions, and other activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Communicate positively and professionally with all, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience collaborating efficiently in M365 (One Drive, Teams, SharePoint). Experience with Applied Epic is a plus.
- High School Degree/Diploma or higher is desired.
- Office experience preferred.
The base compensation range for this position is $21,000 - $25,000. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity. Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
