Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Staff Purchaser to join their esteemed team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless procurement of goods and services essential for the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, coupled with the ability to foster strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Manage purchasing tasks throughout project phases, including ordering and vendor coordination.
• Create procurement documents and agreements.
• Conduct commercial bid evaluations and coordinate technical assessments.
• Enter purchase order details into the online system.
• Expedite supplier submissions to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Identify and qualify potential suppliers for necessary goods and services.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of direct purchasing experience.
• Proficiency in Oracle Financial R12 is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
