The inaugural HOSAL, Jenny Elliott, has recently been appointed as the 17th Principal of Phillips Exeter Academy. Her successor will inherit a well-established role, with many exciting opportunities to build upon existing strengths and lead positive change in a forward-looking, innovative school committed to transformational student experiences.

With full responsibility for all internal, day‑to‑day aspects of life at Choate, the successful candidate will shape the conditions that enable student, faculty, and staff flourishing, further strengthening our position at the forefront of U.S. independent education.
