Physical Therapist – Outpatient

Location: Wallingford, CT

Schedule: Monday through Friday (PRN and part-time available)

Compensation: Salary up to $100,000 based on experience

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third‑party payors
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
• CPR certification
