Clinical Lead / Board Certified Behavior Analyst
At Arc Light Behavioral Health Collective, our values guide everything we do. One of our biggest values is innovative care, and we are looking for a BCBA who is interested in growth. BCBAs frequently get pigeon‑holed into roles, including autism‑only services or lack of career growth. At Arc Light we are growing and also changing what ABA service looks like in CT.
We are interested in BCBAs who want a versatile role and a forward‑looking mindset for what services could look like when barriers are removed.
This is a full‑time, in‑home and private preschool‑based role in Wallingford, CT, for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will have a flexible schedule including telehealth options. They will design and oversee individualized behavior analytic programs, supervise the implementation of these programs by team members, and analyze data to track client progress. Responsibilities also include conducting functional behavior assessments, providing parent education, creating behavior management strategies, and collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
This role requires maintaining adherence to evidence‑based practices while upholding the organization’s ethical values and commitment to care. BCBA supervisee candidates are available and willing to aid in clinical work to support the BCBA.
