The CNA Private Duty Caregiver provides personalized non-medical care and companionship to clients in their homes or care facilities in Connecticut. Duties include assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and recreational activities. Training and CNA certification support are offered, with shifts varying from 3 to 12 hours per day on a per diem/hourly basis.

We are currently hiring private caregivers and homemakers for live-in OR hourly live-out work throughout the state. Our hourly services require a 3 hour minimum. Many of our clients are located in Masonicare facilities throughout the state of CT (Wallingford, Mystic, and Chester – AND COMING SOON Shelton, Farmington, and Newington!!).

Community based clients are available as well.

Caregivers assist in a variety of ways to keep clients safe, entertained, and active ies may include:

• Conversation and general companionship
• Light Housekeeping
• Changing bed and bath linens
• Laundry
• Meal Prep
• Running errands
• Medication reminders
• Assist with phone calls, appointment scheduling, mail
• Recreation: reading, games, crafts, outdoor/indoor walks, etc.
• Drive or accompany client to appointments: doctor, hair salon, nail salon, etc.
• Bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, hair/skin care and feeding.
• Toileting and incontinence Care
• Assisting with exercises, ambulation and transfer activities
