# Digital Marketing Specialist Ready to make your mark in the digital marketing world? Exposure is looking for a creative, driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced, collaborative agency team. In this role, you will help execute dynamic digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, social media, and more.

This is a full-time position onsite at our centrally located offices in Wallingford, CT.## Your position from day to day:
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for clients across SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content creation
* Analyze and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, reporting on performance to clients and the team
* Collaborate with our dynamic team to develop creative content ideas that resonate with clients' target audiences
* Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are completed on time and within budget
* Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance and results

Qualifications:

* Experience with SEO, PPC, keyword research, social, email and analytics (specifically Google Analytics)
* Knowledge of fundamental web design concepts, practices, and procedures
* Experience with digital marketing software such as Hub Spot, Sharp Spring, Mail Chimp, Hoot Suite, Sprout Social, Semrush a plus
* 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting
* Undergraduate degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business or related field preferred## Salary & Benefits
* Exposure has budgeted an annual wage range for this position of $55,000-$75,000. An employee's actual annual salary will depend on multiple factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and skills.
