Digital Marketing Manager

# Digital Marketing Manager Ready to join our management team leading a dynamic group of digital marketers? Exposure is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who combines creativity, strategy and business insight to shape multi-channel programs across SEO, PPC, email, social media and inbound marketing, develop the people who execute them, and deliver measurable results for a varied portfolio of clients.

This is a full-time position onsite at our centrally located offices in Wallingford, CT.#

Role Requirements:

* Lead, mentor and develop a team of Digital Marketing Specialists and Senior Specialists, including workload planning, coaching and performance reviews
* Own the digital marketing strategy for a portfolio of client ongoing engagements
* Assign and oversee client initiatives across the team to ensure quality, on-time execution and objective evaluation of results
* Lead strategic client engagements, delivering insights and actionable ideas that tie campaigns directly to each client’s business objectives
* Stay hands-on with SEO, PPC, social media and email campaigns for key accounts
* Review campaign performance across the team’s accounts and turn the findings into clear improvement plans
* Guide website audits for SEO health, user experience and conversions, and present recommendations to clients
* Build and refine team processes, reporting standards and best practices as the department grows
* Partner with agency leadership on agency growth, client nurturing and new business opportunities# You will love this job if you:

Qualifications:

* Proven expertise with SEO, PPC, keyword research, social media, email marketing and analytics (specifically Google Analytics)
* 2+ years of experience managing, mentoring or leading digital marketing team members
* Track record of owning client relationships and overseeing multi-channel campaigns
* Knowledge of fundamental web design concepts, practices and procedures
* Marketing automation platform experience (Hub Spot, Marketo, Mail Chimp, Hootsuite and Semrush a plus)
* 6+ years of digital marketing experience, with agency experience strongly preferred
* Undergraduate degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business or a related field preferred## Salary & Benefits
* Exposure has budgeted an annual wage range for this position of $80,000-$105,000. An employee's actual annual salary will depend on multiple factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and skills.
