• Develop, evaluate, and enhance manufacturing methods.

• Optimize workflow, workforce utilization, and production layouts for maximum efficiency.

• Estimate production times, staffing needs, and costs to support key business decisions.

• Communicate manufacturing capabilities, schedules, and process improvements
  .

• Work with vendors to determine product specifications, tooling, and material needs
  .

• Oversee technical upgrades, equipment installations, and tooling implementations.

• Ensure all health and safety reviews are completed for new or modified equipment.

• Travel as needed for business purposes.

• 2-4 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience (Lean Manufacturing preferred).

• Hands-on experience with sheet metal fabrication
  .

• Knowledge of repetitive and build-to-suit manufacturing methodologies.

• Experience managing projects and technical upgrades
  .

• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

• Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship available).

• No relocation assistance – local candidates preferred.
