Key Responsibilities
- Build and troubleshoot progressive dies.
- Read blueprints and complete all required documentation accurately.
- Use measuring equipment and operate all toolroom machinery, including mills, grinders, lathes, hones, and jig borers.
- Demonstrate honesty, trustworthiness, neatness, and organization.
- Multitask effectively, work with minimal supervision, and collaborate with diverse team members.
- Follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Maintain strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication abilities, and problem‑solving skills.
- Be proficient with computers and related software.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. At least five years of experience building tools, assembling and troubleshooting progressive dies.
