Janitorial Associate – Walmart

Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Hourly wage: $17 - $30 per hour.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation:
Annual or quarterly performance incentives; premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Mid‑shift, Closing, Overnight.

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area and maintain a clean and safe environment.
