What you’ll do:

As a Sales Agentyou will playa crucial role in nurturing leads into sales. Here's a breakdown of what you’ll typically do:

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the Sales process.
  • Showcase product features and benefits and expertly explain options to customers.
  • Test drive with clients to demonstrate the vehicle.
  • Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as the finance or service department, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Perform a professional delivery process with clients on their new vehicle.
  • Stay up to date on new product technology and industry changes.
  • Always maintain a professional and customer-centric demeanor.
Keys to Success
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in auto sales, insurance, or a comparable business sales/customer service role.
  • Demonstrated experience in a competitive sales or fast-paced customer service environment is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
