As a Sales Agentyou will playa crucial role in nurturing leads into sales. Here's a breakdown of what you’ll typically do:
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the Sales process.
- Showcase product features and benefits and expertly explain options to customers.
- Test drive with clients to demonstrate the vehicle.
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and documentation in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as the finance or service department, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Perform a professional delivery process with clients on their new vehicle.
- Stay up to date on new product technology and industry changes.
- Always maintain a professional and customer-centric demeanor.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in auto sales, insurance, or a comparable business sales/customer service role.
- Demonstrated experience in a competitive sales or fast-paced customer service environment is preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
