Field Sales Representative IV

Arrow Electronics is looking for an experienced Field Sales Representative IV to engage customers across the Boston/New England market and create demand for Arrow’s RF, Wireless, IoT and Power Technologies.

• Build and maintain influential relationships with customers, suppliers, and Arrow partners to create demand for Arrow products.
• Demand creation and relationship management focused on technical needs of complex or emerging prospects.
• Account management:
  Initiate and schedule regular visits to customer facilities, execute solution selling, and grow profit through long‑term solutions.
• Maintain supplier databases, attend training, and stay current on product knowledge.
• Participate in a variable sales compensation plan (70/30 split of OTE).

• 10+ years of related experience with a 4‑year degree, or 8 years with an advanced degree, or equivalent experience.

Fully remote in the Boston or New England territory. Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested.
