Field Sales Representative IV
Arrow Electronics is looking for an experienced Field Sales Representative IV to engage customers across the Boston/New England market and create demand for Arrow’s RF, Wireless, IoT and Power Technologies.
What You Will Be Doing- Build and maintain influential relationships with customers, suppliers, and Arrow partners to create demand for Arrow products.
- Demand creation and relationship management focused on technical needs of complex or emerging prospects.
- Account management:
Initiate and schedule regular visits to customer facilities, execute solution selling, and grow profit through long‑term solutions. - Maintain supplier databases, attend training, and stay current on product knowledge.
- Participate in a variable sales compensation plan (70/30 split of OTE).
- 10+ years of related experience with a 4‑year degree, or 8 years with an advanced degree, or equivalent experience.
Fully remote in the Boston or New England territory. Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested.

Annual salary range: $ – $. Actual compensation will vary based on location, experience, and education.
LocationUS-MA-Massachusetts (Remote employees may be required to present at the closest designated Arrow office). Full‑time, Sales.
