• Complete dealership and manufacturer product training programs
• Assist customers in identifying their vehicle needs and selecting the right vehicle
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Prepare quotes, purchase agreements, and transaction paperwork
• Handle customer communications via phone, email, text, and online inquiries
• Process credit applications and financing documentation
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate referrals and repeat business
• Support digital and e-commerce sales efforts through our eSales department
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through delivery

The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

• 2-5 years of sales experience required, preferably in:
  • Automotive Sales
  • Retail Sales
  • Inside Sales
  • Outside Sales
  • Telemarketing
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proven negotiation and closing skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, social media, and internet-based applications
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply
