TITLE: Warehouse Order Selector

DIVISION: Warehouse

REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manager

FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt/Hourly

This role supports the Warehouse Team by accurately and efficiently selecting orders in a timely manner.

• Efficiently and accurately pick customer orders.
• Safely operate electric pallet jack in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Select and palletize products using Vocollect technology.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as requested.

• Work in various warehouse environments including freezer, cooler, and dry.
• Able to follow selection directions through headset (Voice Pick & Pick Label).
• Work overtime as required.
• Stand for 8-12 hours daily.
• Frequently lift 15-55 pounds.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, especially 1 year in order selecting and operating electric pallet jack.
